Troubleshooting issues with the Account Dashboard
The Account Dashboard aggregates data from all of your sites to help identify the most urgent maintenance tasks. Use the recommendations below to solve common issues using this dashboard.
Dashboard access
The Account Dashboard is a Premium feature. Please upgrade to Watchful Premium to access it.
Connected Websites graph lists Disconnected
sites
Disconnected sites are not able to communicate properly with Watchful. Please follow the steps in this detailed troubleshooting document to resolve the issue.
Website Uptime graph lists Other
sites
In most cases, the Website Uptime
graph shows sites that are either Up
(online) or Down
(offline).
If Watchful cannot determine uptime status of a site it is listed as Other
. This typically happens when a site is not connected properly to Watchful or when uptime has not been configured for the site.

Backup graph lists Other
sites
In most cases, the Backup
graph shows sites that have Fresh
or Stale
backups.
If Watchful cannot determine uptime status of a site it is listed as Other
. This typically happens for sites that do not have backups configured, or for sites that do not have stale backups enabled.
